Return Policy

  • Standard Returns: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Custom Orders: Private label or custom-branded items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Replacement & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Submit a photo of the damaged items or packing slip
  • We'll issue a replacement, refund, or credit as needed—no hassle

How to Start a Return
