Return Policy
- Standard Returns: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
- Custom Orders: Private label or custom-branded items are non-returnable, unless defective.
Replacement & Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Submit a photo of the damaged items or packing slip
- We'll issue a replacement, refund, or credit as needed—no hassle
How to Start a Return

- We'll provide return instructions and RMA label (if applicable)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item(s)
- Credit will be applied to the original payment method or your business account balance
